I don't think you have good enough technique for the rubber. D09c is one of the spinniest rubbers out there. Maybe not for chopping but for top spins.

I meant backspin looping. I am more used to hurricanes and I saw a slight difference.

I don't understand - you play defensively with this rubber or offensively? I tried this rubber maybe half a year ago, just for fun, not on my blade, and partner on the other side had plenty problems keeping the ball on the table, and that was just random, no effort looping. now I have my own, on my blade, and when I do an open up on heavy backspin, 90% of those spins are not returned. didn't get that percentage even with H3 in different versions ... boosted and not boosted ... when I try to do backspinny pushes, partners have much bigger problems with getting the ball on table. so it is really spinny rubber.
also, heavy? weighs exactly the same as my H3, and lighter by 2 grams than Rakza Z ...
