Great blade. I use it with max thickness soft, spinny rubber and it's a great combination. The blade is hard and fast but also works well for blocking and control shots.

Of all the rubbers I've tried, the Xiom Vega series seems the best quality affordable rubber out there. I like the European style for it's softness. It gives me a good amount of control for an aggressive game with variety.

Despite being a self confessed Butterfly fanboi, especially a their Spring-sponge line, I find myself coming back to Xiom Vega Europe time and time again. Come 12.12.24, I am purchasing my fourth sheets already. I really love its easy to spin feature which suits my looping style. It grabs the ball well and has a long dwell time that assist in rotation generation.
