The 19 is very spinny, a tad more than 05. The dwell is longer on the paddle, which helps make your shots more secure and predictable. This sacrifices some power and kick you would get with 05. The flight path of the ball is longer than 05, but it doesn’t jump off the table as much. Easy to use in backhand flips due to longer dwell.
