I really wish that these new rubbers last longer than C-series. I tried C48 on both FH and BH and liked them for the stability and spin generation capability. But the topsheet deteriorated in a month with 4-6 hours play per week.

I also used the c48 for a good while. Moved up to NUZN 50, so i hope the new 48 ones keep as well as the 50 had lastes

From my experience with my NUZN 55 both sides, the durability is very good. Top sheet still extremely grippy and slightly tacky with good care and protective sheet, and performance drop is very minimal. This is after a month and a half of playing of around 4-8 hours a week playing.

Now with the new softer versions of NUZN, we’re seeing andro completely focused on the NUZN line and basically telling people to abandon the rasanter C series. Better speed, spin, and durability while maintaining similar control levels. I like the new brighter packaging of the new NUZNs, tho I question why bring in NUZN 48 when NUZN 50 exists (two degrees difference must be minimal).

There seems to be a difference in the technology in Rasanter C and NUZN, maybe andro thinks that they cover different player styles.

There is most definitely a difference between RC and Nuzn, and nuzn is better. I’m saying why there is a need to have N48 when N50 probably doesn’t feel much different at all. They’ll probably feel like the exact same with minimal difference

Same here. My C45 was excellent out of the box but in about a month the semi-tack was gone and the grip decreased dramatically.
The R series doesn't rely on the semi-tack hence it lasts longer, so I rather use it. The V series is even more durable, but I wish it had more arc/spin.
Haven't tried NUZN due to its hardness and a wild price tag, maybe will give a try for one of the new 45/48.

I think there's a ton of people who are used to playing 47-48 rubbers and who feel distinct difference between the 47-48 golden standard and anything outside of this range.
*probably myself included :)

These are slightly different rubbers altogether, not just the same with a softer sponge, hence the more attractive price.
They use the same technology, but in a more amateur-friendly interpretation.
I like this approach, because there´s more thinking involved in which player level needs what than if you just stick an "FX" sponge underneath an existing topsheet.

Makes sense then, probably even more softer feeling than the stated degrees then. N55 already does not feel too hard imo, so I can imagine how soft N48 and 45 can be

Yea cuz he gets unlimited sheets
This goes for every pro player. I tried Hybrid K3, and it was amazing. For a month. Read the same about C55. Now here reading about Rasanters C being amazing out of the box.

I read about rubbers that these super quality rubbers don't last long, as they are meant to give amazing performance on account of durability. Something like that, Bugatti tires would only hold up for 100 km when you would go at 400 km per hour. Unfortunately for table tennis rubbers, even without extreme performance, the durability is held hostage.

So for a player who can anytime change the rubber, durability is something he might not even notice.

Though I read a lot of positive reviews on the Nuzn series and also non non-sticky Rasanter series.

same topsheet as NUZN 50 or 55.

LARC registration is no longer limited to four dates each year but can be made at any time, so rest assured these rubbers will appear on the LARC before they hit the shops with their hardness in the name. Even 50 and 55 are registered separately.

That said, in theory it could be the same topsheet for all four, registered four times. Only it isn´t.
