  1. My top-sheet is pure G1 goodness, but my sponge is a springy ESN tensor. What rubber am I?

Something that I found that was similar to Tenergy 19 was GEWO Nexxus EL Pro 48 SuperSelect. It's bouncy and the top sheet has great grip. Also it isn't too expensive.
  2. T19 v T80fx v Glayzer on bh

Some background: I previously used T19 on my backhand and have tried Glayzer. However, I have not used any of the FX rubbers of Tenergy at length. My recommendation in this case would be to switch to Rozena from T19. Rozena is softer and the catapult much tamer compared to T19. I wouldn't...
  3. Nittaku Acoustic VS Stiga Cybershape Wood

You might find this very informative: https://ttgearlab.com/2023/04/04/stiga-cybershape-series-lab-test/ According to TTGearLabs, the feel of your Stiga Energy Wood V2 should be rather similar to the Stiga Cybershape Wood. As for speed, the Nittaku Acoustic is similar to the Stiga Energy Wood...
  4. What's the worst blade you've ever used?

Yes I forgot about that. Is the handle for the ALC.S the standard butterfly size? I have other Butterfly blades (Innerforce ZLC and Franziska) and they feel more normal compared to the ALC.S from what I remember.
  5. What's the worst blade you've ever used?

The only blade I really gave up on due to the weird feeling/vibrations was the Butterfly Innerforce Layer ALC.S. I'm not sure what it was, but the feedback I got from that blade was terrible. I was using a Stiga Infinity VPS and wanted to try a carbon blade. I chose the ALC.S because it had the...
  6. Most controllable Tenergy rubber?

I would vote for Tenergy 19 as feeling the most controllable at least for top spinning (I have not tried the FX versions). There is a good feeling of dwell when using Tenergy 19 compared to 05 in my experience. You can make very quality top spin loops and counters at lower racquet speeds...
  7. Hybrid rubbers how close to Tacky Chinese or Grippy ESN spring sponge?

Just leaving some info on Xiom J&H Z52.5 here so the list at the beginning of the thread can be updated. Xiom J&H Z52.5 is a hybrid rubber and does have a slightly tacky topsheet, but I would say it is less tacky compared to Xiom Omega VII China Guang. I haven't tried a new sheet Dignics 09c in...
  8. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

I wanted to give a bit more information about the blue sponge version of Jupiter 3. On the package it mentions that it comes "factory tuned" and already has glue applied to the rubber, similar to Hurricane 3 Neo. It also has a very strong fishy/amine chemical smell. Please take this "review"...
