I have a Garaydia Revolver-R, despite its light weight its surprisingly fast and feels just as fast as some of my single ply Hinoki blades - I'd say its OFF to OFF+ at least! Weirdly enough I am pretty much the same position as OP - wrist injury from multiple motorcycle/ MTB accidents also...
