IMHO soft rubbers won't give you control. Instead you'll have unpredictability. Why not go for a linear rubber like for instance a tacky Chinese one?

IMHO just don't go for Donic period. In terms of quality and longevity they just don't deliver, relative to the price.

I generally really don't like soft rubbers. I tend to think they're likely to halt your progression to a high level game. If you're looking for a high arc with a lot of catapult though... Joola Xplode Sensitive is pretty crazy in those areas. Joola in general has a lot of high arc, high catapult...

I agree with Rakza 7. It's a great BH rubber. I'd like to add Xiom Vega Pro and if you have decent power in your BH Hurricane 8-80.

I am still very pleased with the 8-80 on the BH of my HL5. I do hit less outright BH topspin winners. My shots seem a bit easier to return when compared to Dignics 05. On the other hand my shots hit the table much more often. I have ordered a second sheet to put on my spare Viscaria. Maybe that...

The Xiom Tau II is amazing... I like that with the V14 pro. Imho you don't want to go too soft on (BH) rubbers with the plastic ball we use now. Rubbers like Rakza 7 soft and Hexer Grip SFX would be too unpredictable for me personally. The regular Rakza 7 or Xiom Vega pro would be nice as a BH...
