Hurricane is made for powerlooping an finishing points with power and spin. Skyline is made for consistency of loops and looping endless balls back. To get a good gauge on the difference, watch Ma Long (Hurricane) and compare to Xu Xin (Skyline).

JP03 will not be good on the forehand. It is sooooooooo slow and really mushy. If you are using rasaka on backhand, you'll quickly change to using the rasaka on the forehand.

If you really want to change your blade, go for something just slightly faster like the OSP virtuoso off- or tibhar stratus powerwood

You should look at the Yasaka Gioba 5 or the DHS Hurricane H301 for blades. If you like the rubbers, you should keep them and get as good as you can with them.
