It's not the same. Vega Pro H is 47.5 degrees and Stiga Hybrid H is 50 degrees. Stiga Hybrid M is 47.5. Even still, I doubt they are using the same materials even if they share some similarities.

Vega Korea is 45 degrees, not 47.5

Xiom Omega VII Pro and Omega VII Europe. Even though the Europe version is 42.5 degrees, it has more power than most rubbers in the 47/48 degree category.

I don't think there is an inverted rubber/blade combination with a throw angle so low it can't be adjusted to when you consider there are people playing offensively with pips on the forehand. The question you need to ask yourself is if you are willing to make that adjustment and devote the time...
