Clipper, no doubt. from rubbers i prefer Boost series over callibra. also i know few players playing with tube carbo.
if you want slower blade, maybe offensive classic, energy wood.
i think you should try it with medium to hard rubbers, i like boost tc but becomes too soft.
spinart is too expensive, i haven't play with it. if you want tacky rubber try DHS, much cheaper.
clipper is a classic. you can't go wrong. cr is faster than the classic and it has hollow handle.
after trying rosewood xo, ebenhoz v, clipper cr and clipper classic i prefer clipper classic.
personally when it is about all-wood blade i go with stiga (i have not tried enough other brands).
clipper for low price, ebenholz-rosewood if you don't mind the price. dhs also, dynamic blades.
if you have the power it is ok with hard rubber. i prefer eb v for this reason, much better topspin.i took xo because i wanted sth faster than eb v but probably i will switch to eb v. plus i like very much the feeling of ebenholz.
Stiga clipper classic or eb v. rosewood xo is faster with great short game but not that powerfull as clipper or eb.
also optimum sync.
if you want a looping blade you can try and zetro quad of Xiom with soft/medium rubbers.
