I went to the table tennis yesterday and in the bronze medal match the whole crowd were behind Ovtcharov in that game. Everyone appreciated Chuang's brilliant f/hands but it was nice to see everyone urging a european onto the podium! Zhang Jike was just too good for wang hao. Nice celebrations too!

Cannot believe that Timo Boll is out!!! He has put so much prep into london 2012! He again served into the net twice!! Crisan played a blinder though.

So Timo Boll is through to the next round! Unusually though, he fault served twice! I've never seen him do that! Credit to the Iranian guy! He played very well and even did a timo in one shot when he changed hands!!
