I think that all the reviews should be considered more as a personal opinion with the tag "Your mileage may vary". I had a completely different impression of Zyre rubber when I tried it on a Viscaria. I tend to like it better than Tenergy 05 based on my past usage of Tenergy.

Preferences on handle types depends on your grip and playing style. I have ST as well as FL blades, and I can switch between both now. But I prefer ST handles as I have a more backhand oriented grip. Nevertheless, your mileage may vary and you should choose whatever feels natural in your hands.

For players who do not practice as much as professionals and want great control with a balanced ability to attack, Harimoto ALC is a very good choice for a close to the table to mid-distance game.

I exactly share the same feeling. I can use TB ALC, ZJK ALC, Viscaria and Harimoto ALC without much adjustments.
