  1. Best all wood blade?

How about the Andro Novacell All? much difference between them?
  2. Need Advice On Hinoki Blade (J-pen)

I think thickness of sponge is quite dependent on your playstyle. If you are more active and committed, such as full swinging like rsm for FH topspin, max. If you are more passive, small strokes, close to table, blocks and pushes, 2.0 can do.
  3. Need Advice On Hinoki Blade (J-pen)

Stick three strips of red insulation tape on the back side and use black rubber on the FH. Unless you join competition, if somebody makes a fuss on general play just let them be.
  4. Need Advice On Hinoki Blade (J-pen)

G1 in max please. Lets do it!
  5. Some popular equals to Hurricane rubber.

I am using Reactor Hyper Power Black BS 40°. Regarded pretty well in chinese media apparently, considered cheap H3 BS alternative.
  6. I'm not looking for a unicorn, just a hinoki donkey that will do the job.

Yinhe 982 SH. Heavy but manageable, 8.5mm thick.
  7. What difference does sponge thickness make to hybrid rubbers?

In general, the thinner the sponge, the easier the rubber bottoms out and engages the wood, which is where the stiffness of the wood can make a day and night difference. I.e. on a thin sponge, using a compliant paddle, there could be plenty dwell for looping; on a stiff paddle, the ball will...
  8. Good JPEN rubbers (budget)

IMO, if active with strokes, hard and thick sponge, perhaps slightly boosted for ease of TPB. If more passive, then conventional ESN rubbers will work.
  9. Inverted, Linear Rubber suggestions please.

Reactor Hyper-Power? Apparently well received, performs decent without boosting. https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV12G1CYXEcq/?spm_id_from=333.1387.upload.video_card.click
  10. Inverted, Linear Rubber suggestions please.

I guess one of the classic suggestion would be G1?
  11. Doubts-should i go to jpen rpb or stick to one sided jpen.

If you tinker you grip a little, you might be able to do a 1/2 shakehand backhand with a single side Jpen. At least that was what I opted. Not the conventional grip used by mbernalesk, but more like playing with the back face of your hand.
  12. FH rubber advice for a JPEN 1ply hinoki blade

I tried MXP, T05, G1. I think they all can do very well, but all three rubbers behave quite differently too. At least in these aspects, on the same 10mm hinoki JPen, Loop drive: T05 and MXP are quite forgiving, ball lands quite close to the net G1 ball flies much longer, often towards the end...
  13. Jpen TPB tips

That's why I said nobody understood my statement. I cannot do tpb consistently, and thus developed a 'tpb with topspin'. No point keep replying to my comment if you haven't figured what I meant. The method create topspin from tpb, if that explains. Speed from incoming ball helps, but not necessary.
