Yes it was on National television as part of a series. In terms of popularity, it certainly is a sport that is played by many in Denmark, but it's definitely handball and football that is the most popular sports. Maze helped table tennis A LOT in Denmark, as he gained lots of media attention...

Yeah it really was a shame. But he had an amazing qualification following up to the event, beating the likes of Simon Gauzy, Adrian Crisan and Robert Gardos.

As someone who have played a lot of football, it's basically the same principle when taking a free kick or shot on goal. Here you will also focus on not leaning backwards as you most of the time will have an uncontrollable shot, that 9/10 times won't go where you wanted it.

Most of the slow motion footage and the latest stages of the tournament was recorded live from laola.tv. And the rest was from the ITTF youtube channel.

That's exactly what the fade out to black was for. But I think I overused it just a bit.
