Any hybrid rubber with hard sponges requires proper body engagement. Without that it will just produce some amount of spin, but low-quality shot. Plus keep in mind that body\arm\full swing with body engagement is a very physical demanding thing. I personally like to practice with hybrid rubbers...

I agree with the same feelings. D09c in 100% quality shot is spinier and faster than even Stiga DNA Hybrid XH (not H), in the middle range 20-80% quality Stiga's Hybrid is faster due to its dwelling a bit less time. Keep in mind, most of the shots are not 100% powered, especially in tournament...
