Looks more or less legit. Comparing it to my Stiga blade which is primarily sold in the chinese market, it also came in a similar box...

I got it brand new. I guess i got it for a good price. The only thing is the box looks like a cheap stiga blade.

Yours is for the Japan market, usually no wrap. Only blades for China market come with plastic wrap as far as I know.
