I've gotten a few bats from Paddlepalace in the past and recently a Timo Boll Spirit. I've never had any quality issues from them so far. I know there is a possibility because of importing and the differences in humidity from home to destination. Overall I think their bats are in great condition.

I think water work just fine on newer rubbers. Just wipe in one direction to remove dirt and dust. Don't swirl around or you'll just push the dirt around. Also if you're the type to not change rubber too often, buying a commercial cleaner will be better because most of them has rubber...

ZJK tends to get bored easily. Since he already won gold last time hopefully he still has some interests in trying to win. Samsonov or Dima could beat him if he not careful. I want Ma Long to win but I also want a great final match!

agreed...ZJK only serious in big tournaments. It's just a warm up for him, win or loose. I think Timo needed the boost of confident for the Olympics. Recovering from a surgery and being able to win is something unexpected to everyone for sure.
