    Totally agree! For your information Butterfly support sent me this note after they failed to recognize the ball feeding problem: Luckily I was able to fix it myself with a duct tape hack. Thanks for the "goodwill" Butterfly ;-)

    Glad it helps! Just plain crazy that we need to do this for a top of the line robot. And, Butterfly support does not recognize this and just blaims the customer for their own design flaws.     It loosens up the balls better so they fall in the hole. The metals alone don’t have much grip and surface and often glide over the balls instead of stirring up the balls.
