    In my opinion, it is better off without booster but 1 layer of boost should be good.

  2. Multi ball or single ball?

    I practice a lot of both with my coach but we usually do mor eof single ball. I feel single ball is better for a nice session before a tournament but multi ball is good for footwork and practicing your strokes and fundementals. What are your guys' thoughts?

    I see a lot of players using the reverse pendulum serve but i personally perfer the hook serve, both have same spin variations so im wondering what the difference is?
