Hi lasta, thanks for the advice. I wrote in to Mr Palatinus and apparently, those are carbon dust created when he was sanding down the handle. Cheers :)

Hi lasta, wouldn't that introduce water into the wood? I'm not worried about the mold on the surface I just am not sure if it has penetrated even further into the wood.

OSP Virtuoso CRWi Hi all, Recently purchased a brand new OSP Virtuoso CRWi, coming from an Expert All+. Shipping was extremely quick (2 days earlier). I had wanted to glue on the rubber on the day it arrived, when I noticed that there were mold (?) on the side of the blade. I remembered my OSP...
