I've played through an injury before, and it did not end well. It resulted in a partial muscle tear, and recovery took half a year. I should have just rested 3 to 4 weeks instead. Lesson learned.
RSM would be world top 10 in today's game. He may not beat ML, but thats not a jpen issue. It's an ML issue. Good luck to anyone trying to beat him. He is just too good
I use the BT555 currently. It's light and very balanced (as balanced as I've ever experienced personally). There is some vibration, but I wouldn't say it feels hollow (though it doesn't feel crisp like a 7 ply). Speed is Off-. Slower than stratus powerwood/nittaku acoustic is probably the best...
at times i feel like the little kid at the supper table without a booster seat! :P but i get what you mean. i will lean forward even more with purpose!

would you have recommendations? LP's?
Our work tables are not the best quality, or in the best condition, but we make do with what we have. Unfortunately, though, it feels like a very different game between when I play at work vs the club. The main problem I find is with the bounce. The lower bounce gives me issues when trying basic...
There's no formal rule. People use whatever sounds right to them. There will always be a popular format though. Like 'ae' will be more common than just 'e', especially since other consonants match better with the same pronunciation, like 'bae' vs 'be', 'tae' vs 'te', etc. But it's never a hard...
It's not a break in period. It's a get used to it period. People think rubbers break in, but it is you who breaks in. Once you get used to it you, are broken in :p
I find the r7 soft slightly springier than vega euro, but otherwise play very similarly. You can play it on either wing. Get one of each, and decide on one when you refresh.
Never used speed glue, so cannot talk on that, but the tackiness usually wears off as dust gets on the paddle. You need to wipe it off every now and then to get some of the tackiness back. I also wipe it clean with water after use and put a sheet protector on it so dust doesn't settle on top...
It was measured in a lab by one of neon's friends, so they reflect a specific sheet of rubber. It's a sample meant to give an idea of how they measure up (literally). I'm not a domain expert in pimple geometry/tech, so I will just bow out :)
