  1. Hybrid suggestions for someone coming from H3

Loki Rxton 9 and victas triple double extra.
  2. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

It has more gears with high control. I played h3, rxton 9 for many years. Was no problem switching. Throw angle is not that different, but it is a tad slower on low impact balls and when you hit harder, the sound changes and it feels like a little turbo is activated
  3. Best Chinese sticky rubbers that don't need boosting

    I vote for 729 Battle taichi 39/37
  4. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

I am a R9 User for 2 years now. On some hard blades the R9 was a tad too uncontrolled in some shots. I tried the friendship battle Taichi in 39/37. I start to fall in love with this dual sponge system. It has a lot of gears, but when you’re really hit hard, there comes a click sound and it...

  6. What brand of TT balls do you prefer?

This week in a league match I had to play with andro 3s on andro tables. Honestly, it felt like another sport. The ball doesnt bounce at all. I never made so many service receive errors. I always expected the ball to jump higher, but that was not the case. Usually I play with sanwei HD, Nittaku...
  7. Heavy vs light blade for pips?

I personally do not like long pips on light balsa blades. I prefer the opposite, hard and a bit heavier blades with slow damping sponge long pips on the backhand. It gives me more precision and stability in blocking with a good balance in the racket. The dampening sponge slows down if needed...
  8. Heavy vs light blade for pips?

Are we talking about long pips with no or little sponge or short pips?
  9. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

I played the R9 not boosted on my faster blade for quite some time, when I switched it to my tad slower blade I boosted with a thin layer kailin oil for additional kick. This was 3 month ago, as I am winning currently most of my matches I don’t feel like I need to boost again. On my faster...
  10. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

After 12 years using all kind of hurricanes, I switched to Rxton 9 and sometimes LAC on a fun blade now for nearly one year. I could switch easily from H3 to RXTON9 and back without any issues. I simply love Rxton9 for easier blocking and smashing. For month I have a 40.5 degree Rxton9 laying...
  11. Basalt Fibre

I played also the carbon blades from soulspin with similar compositions, I would say basalt felt a tad less stiff a tad softer and a tad slower than the carbon version. A friend of mine plays a yinhe basalt blade this in comparison feels dead and stiff only. The soulspin basalts are much nucer...
  12. Basalt Fibre

I played that basalt blade 10 years ago. https://soulspin.de/en/table-tennis-material-advice/wood-types-playing-characteristics/basalt-blade-structure-properties/#:~:text=Basalt%20%E2%80%93%20offensive%20racket%20with%20special,and%20well%20controllable%20ball%20strike.
  13. Friendship 729 battle 3

    More linear in speed.
