This is a topic I rarely see discussed in the forum, and I'm curious to know the differences between the 2.
The Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial Blue that is commercially sold, I have played and used before (2 sheets).
There's another version of the Provincial Blue that is supposedly only for the professional provincial teams of China, and this is a rubber I don't see widely discussed.
I would like to know if these 2 play any differently (probably not major, but there should be good difference between the 2).
This rubber can be found to Taobao, at least that was the platform I used.
My main questions are:
1. How big of a difference is it compared to the commercial version?
2. Does it react to boosters differently?
3. Is it worth the extra money?
4. Is it an even harder version to use? (Prov.Blue already has a high learning curve, does the pro ver. have an even higher one?)
