HELP!

I think I did smth wrong. There is dirt and stuff on my non boost rubber, and the glue is peeling off on my blade. And how do I clean all my sponges? Any help would be appreciated.

Patience is key. Peel the glue off and apply it again. I hate those DHS sponges; they suck up a lot of the glue and don't spread it very well. But if that's all you have, use a little more glue than normal so you get an even coat.

As for your rubber; is there glue on it? If so, peel the glue and the dirt will come off too. If it isn't glued yet, go ahead and add a couple layers of glue, then peel it off when it dries and you should have a clean sponge. Although I don't think that small amount of dirt will actually affect how it plays if you just want to glue it on your blade.

Maybe choose a cleaner environment to assemble your racket? Or sweep/vacuum the area first...

i have no experience with sealing a blade, but maybe try and sand it a bit.
It could give the glue a better surface to adhear to.

Like @sebi said, just sand the surface with a fine grain. It will allow the glue to adhere better but won't completely remove the sealing.

Let the sealant dry. Also you're using way too much glue on the blade. Use less, patiently spread it evenly, then use a hairdryer to dry it.

very true. tested my first try at sealing with a 10£ blade and its basically dead now but its only a tenner, so I'll get another one

If you decide to sand back the sealant it should be done using a "block". There is nothing wrong with these blades.

After you seal the blade with a lacker you should rough the surface just a tiny bit with a 600 sand paper. This allows the glue to get something to hold on to…

Oh right thanks! Uhh I just realised this blade was already factory sealed so I probably put too much on on top of the factory seal.

I'm quite confused about the amount of premium blades you already have, while your level of knowledge on how to handle them is at this point. No offense, just confusion.

Huh? U don’t need knowledge to collect. U just keep it sealed and wait for it to grow in value. Normally I let someone who knows what they are doing to GLUE CHEAP ONES. I never glue my premium ones.
