Is it better to get a dhs long 5 or a w968 clone?

I’ve always shown interest in the long 5 as a blade due to how it plays when you hit through it from testing. It seems that when you hit hard, that sound is almost magical and it’s soo satisfying!!

Although, would it be a better idea to go straight for a w968 clone, something like an xiom an jaehyun tmxi pro or xiom chrome xaxi? I’m not willing to pay the price of £600 for a w968 and I could get these xiom blades for less than £100

A long 5 would be about £150 so it’s similarly priced. Let me know which is a better choice, it would be much appreciated 😁😁😁

Just for the record. The XIOM Chrome has a complete different throw angle compared to W968. The An Jaehyun TMXi pro is the closest you get to W968. The TMXi is a bit more head heavy.

A regular HL5 is also not really close to W968. The HL5 blade is faster in the lower gears and has less acceleration, when hitting harder.

Just save longer and get a provincial 968. Theres almost no difference between that and official version
I beg to differ, tried long 5, provincial w968, and national w968 and player 968. Provincial feels way bouncier and stiff compafed to national.

But still get a provincial w968 or letters w968

I’m currently using a Hugo tmxi pro, does it compare well?
