Less known, underrated maybe. The thing is, usually when you go for DHS, it is for the tacky and special feeling of H3. All the non tacky rubber, are good, but maybe not as good as BTY or ESN (depends on who you ask). Initially, Ma Long or other played with Skyline. Either TG2 or TG3. Even H2 a long time ago. But with the introduction of P Ball, everyone in the CNT and abroad have covnerged to the H3. Which is the spinniest, and compensate the lack of spin of the P ball. H2 disapeared when the speed glue was banned. I mean, still available, but not much used now, does not work well with modern TT I guess.
All the sponge outside 20 and 22, are relatively new. They tried to get into ESN market. With Tin ARC and Gold ARC. They kinda created the first "momdern" hybrid, with H3-50 and TG3-60. I think those rubber were good. But the H8-80 is better overall. H3-50 and TG3-60 indeed where more dynamic, and easier to use than regular H3 and TG3. But you lost a tons of spin, so you kinda lose the main quality of DHS rubber. That is where h8-80 shines. Easier than regular, yet you still have tons of spin (less than regular H3, but far more than the previous hybrid). So H8-80 is more common. I glued it on my BH yesterday. I played it before, tried Rakza Z (too hard for my BH) and T19 (too dynamic/fast and miss the tacky).
