  1. Nexy Spira available in Korea

As you hit harder the contact time seems less and less compared to H3 or D09 or any decent rubber. I don't recommend it to anyone even for beginners since there are better rubbers. Maybe to someone who wants to play with smooth rubber instead of short pips.
  2. Nexy Spira available in Korea

Hey, that is really an unfair comment. I didn't recommend it to anyone, I just said it feels like beginner rubber. But now that you called me out let me even defend that point that I didn't make. For a beginner do I recommend Decathlon or Sitga or Butterfly or whoever to make some decent...
  3. Nexy Spira available in Korea

Just some clarification, the topsheet grip with the ball on contact is good, it's not slipping. My meaning is when you hit hard the rubber doesn't grip the ball, it's not slipping but doesn't hold it so your contact time is low and the spin is very unsatisfactory the control is bad etc. I played...
  4. Nexy Spira available in Korea

Well first impression is that I don't like it. It feels like a beginners rubber. The topsheet has actually good grip but it feels like it's not spinning the ball at all and when I do brush hitting it has no grip. Maybe contact time is not much. Speed is ok but not amazing. I think quanshibao f1...
  5. Nexy Spira available in Korea

Look what taobao has pulled in today. Nexy Spira H. Guess what, it costs 110rmb in China. It has a very Tianjinish smell to it. Sponge is quite pored and purple. The European pricing is painfully high. I'll test it tomorrow.
  6. China market-only rubbers?

Cuifeng is Pinyi, Chonglan is different brand. I don't have experience with Chonglan so can't tell. Price wise Chonglan is a bit cheaper. 88rmb for sticky and 108 for the grippy Pro version. Pinyi grippy rubbers are also more expensive around 138.
  7. TT shoes suggestions!

I think sanwei does deliver to US. https://sanweisport.com/en/product/accessories/table-tennis-shoes/sanwei-fireflash-table-tennis-shoes/
  8. TT shoes suggestions!

I also recommend the Speed art shoe or Sanwei or now available as yasaka too. Maybe the cheapest as yasaka for some reason. Since you mention you have loss of grip do you play on wood court? If yes then definitely get the mentioned shoe because for me it works by far the best on wood floor. On...
  9. Butterfly Zyre 03

If Butterfly's durability claims are true and so far with D05, 80, 64, Glayzer they are, Zyre might be actually worth it. Many people are spending 100+USD for H3 player edition + booster, plus they screw up their boost and H3 also can degrade fast. Zyre seems tempting and it's almost something...
  10. The Pro's Equipment - Discussion!

Looks like Lin Yun Ju by handle, but it's a custom blade so could be even a Viscaria with LYJ handle.
  11. Experience with some other Loki rubbers - Arthur China, GTX Pro (inc)

One of my gripes with LAC is that the sponge is a crapshoot. The topsheet seems to be pretty consistent but the sponge can be heavy and soft and light and hard and any permutation in between depending what pack you open.
  12. Just Butterfly Glayzer (on backhand)

Yes, I think it will work just fine. I don't remember if I used it on the ZQ90, maybe i have but I used it on similar blades and it works great on Vis type blades. For sure Glayzer is harder to use than Mantra Pro on BH, the topsheet is harder, the sponge is a bit harder. One really needs to...
  13. An Jaehyun shoes?

One can buy the Yasaka one on Aliexpress for 50EUR... Buy some Victor insoles for another 8EUR, and bammm perfact shoe. I mean if someone is serious.
  14. Just Butterfly Glayzer (on backhand)

I used it on Stiga Inspira Plus and now XIom Ice Cream AZX on the Zylon carbon side. The throw angle is quite high, which is why I like it on more fast and forward playing blades. It's harder than G-1 but with the right technique the topsheet becomes quite soft and stretchy. More so than G-1 can...
  15. An Jaehyun shoes?

I have a Sanwei pair and I don't have your issues. But I can say the grip is by far the best and maybe even if everything else would be dogshit I would still take the grip over those. But for me everything is great.
  16. An Jaehyun shoes?

It's speed art shoe. It's rebranded as sanwei, yasaka, gewo maybe even more. Smart pick on gewo's side to select this one.
  17. Best rubber for Long 5 BH

Normal H8 has no 25 sponge. 20 and 80 are later editions.
  18. 安踏/ANTA Enters the Table Tennis Rubber Market?

Saw this today in Shanghai airport. Thought it was funny enough to capture 😂
  19. Nexy Eiger Review
