Did you try the 47 or 50 version? how do those differ?
  2. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Today I tested out the 41d J3 on FH with Big Dipper 38 on backhand. I was wondering if the 41d would feel harder and dead, but it is still just bouncy. This is a very very fast rubber, and with the increased hardness, the total offensive potential is even greater. It's less forgiving, but when...
  3. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Sounds good. Make sure to compare the J3 against the LAC.
  4. LA Open Final 2022

    What equipment do they use?
  5. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

So which rubber do you like more? The J3 or your regular Battle 2 rubber? or something else?
  6. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

I had a chance to test and compare the 39d J3 against the Tibhar K3 today. I think functionally these 2 rubbers are very similar as hybrid rubbers. The J3 is slightly bouncier, the K3 feels slightly deader. I think the K3 has a higher throw angle. But overall both rubbers are very easily to use...
  7. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Do you feel the spin is better or worse than Dragon Grip and D09c?
  8. Harimoto innerforce SZLC alternative? back-up blade for tournaments

I never compared the Harimoto clone to the real thing. So I can't say for sure how closely it plays to the real thing. All I can tell you is that it has high dwell time and high speed and power. So I think it is a good fit for big hitters. I bought mine on Aliexpress. I believe that the...
  9. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Your description sounds almost exactly as how I described it. It's nice to see that the 40d still retains the bounciness and speed.
  10. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Well I never really understand your descriptions that well. To me, I would never compare J3 with H3, because they are just completely different. J3 is fast, H3 is slow. But anyway, do you feel that LAC is more bouncy like the J3 or more dead/requires effort like the H3?
  11. Harimoto innerforce SZLC alternative? back-up blade for tournaments

Yes I have 1 Lemuria ZJK clone, and 1 Stuor Harimoto SZLC clone. I'm not sure if the size is exactly the same, but the blades seem to be pretty standard size. A lot of people pickup my blade and comment on how nice it feels, without knowing what it is at all.
  12. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

How is the speed of Jupiter 3 vs LAC? I also recently got BD 38 for backhand. I'm pairing it with Jupiter 3 41d on FH. I don't understand why you say its nothing like BD though. To me, Jupiter 3 and BD are similar. Both are semi-tacky with speed.
  13. Tibhar K3 Hybrid and MX-P (And C53)

I tried Bluegrip C2 briefly but I thought it was quite a bit faster than Rakza Z. Haven't really tried the other ESN hybrids, but it sounds like you know what you are talking about despite being from North Korea. How would you rank the ESN Hybrids from fastest to slowest? And where does Joola's...
  14. Tibhar K3 Hybrid and MX-P (And C53)

So does having bigger bubbles mean that the rubber usually has more bounce/catapult? But smaller bubbles requires more arm strength to generate power? BTW, I tried Rakza Z briefly last week, and it felt quite slow to me. I'm not sure what kind of bubbles it has.
  15. Tibhar K3 Hybrid and MX-P (And C53)

What are the differences between the ESN hybrid rubbers? Or are they all relatively similar? Wrighty was saying C53 and K3 are quite similar, but K3 is more forgiving. How about Bluegrip and Dragongrip?
  16. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Well I'm quite eager to try the LAC sometime in the future. I also quite like the black rubber on its red sponge. It looks very attractive. I get the explanation of soft rubbers, but BD is not soft. It comes in 40d. It should be just as hard as LAC. Why haven't you tested the Loki N80 before?
  17. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

How can the speed of LAC be higher if it has less bounce? How many Big Dippers did you try? I'm surprised to find that it varied batch to batch for you. I've used several sheets of it, and I always find it to be excellent.
  18. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

I remember you said you like LAC more than Big Dipper because the throw angle is higher. Does LAC have the same speed and bounciness as BD?
  19. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

Which other Loki rubbers have you tried? Is Loki N80 also fast?
  20. Yinhe Jupiter 3 Amazing Rubber

I think you will like the Big Dipper. I also just ordered a sheet of Big Dipper in 38d to test on backhand. It's advertised as a forehand rubber, but works really well as a BH rubber as well. Almost like a heavily discounted D09c for backhand.
