The problem with these measurements is that the thickness (for FL handles) is (usually) given as the thickness at the base of the grip, and it's not uncommon for the handles' thickness to taper slightly towards the neck of the blade. which IMO is the more important dimension of the two. Andro...

So LAC blue sponge is softer than the regular? What about the Pro version? It seems that my sheet of LAC has been getting more and more sticky/tacky after a couple of sessions and some overnights with protectors on.. Is that normal?

I glued a sheet of LAC on my Fextra yesterday, and when I started cutting the rubber I was surprised by how "brittle" the sponge seems to be. It was crumbling a lot more into tiny bits when i cut it. I've only used ESN rubbers up until this point, and they all seem to have thougher sponges. Is...

I have two with ST handles, they measure: 22.8x29.5 and 22.6x29.1, with a pretty square profile. So maybe try one with a ST handle?

I can't speak for the Sanwei hinoki blades specifically, however my Fextra One and Parla are both great blades with good build quality.

I would like to try out a Chinese style rubber on the FH on my Fextra (without the "hassle" of boosting), would Battle II be a good choice? What other rubbers with what degree of hardness?

Question: when people say a rubber has low arc or high arc, isn't that just a function of the rubbers throw angle and its' ability to generate spin? If we're ruling out the blades effect here.
