Hi all, I've just bought a Sanwei 75 inner off Ali Express. A few posts on here says that the blade needs sealing before applying rubbers, and a user mentioned using wipe on polyurethane. Would this product be suitable for sealing blades? Amazon Poly

I'm on our local TT league committee. Lots of rumours are going round about a player who is using an illegal rubber, but has been 'doctored' to appear legal. (ITTF codes on the rubber etc) Players are saying you can buy these doctored rubbers from China. Is this a legit thing? Or just bs?
