My apologies, due to my lapse in TT playing, I'm not familiar with 'fishing defense'. If you can do a RBP block and/or loop, you wouldn't need to do a TPB block. I totally think RBP offers more options to a PH, but I can't do it for various reasons I've mentioned before.
