  1. Something in between H3 and Tensors?

Skyline 3-60. Not bouncy, not so spin sensitive but it's better suited for the short backhand strokes.
  2. Which poly ball should you choose?

Regardind the Nexcell or that it's orange? The Nexcell has been on the list for quite a while now... I wrote an Email to Nittaku Germany and Japan without getting a reply.
  3. Intensive table tennis training in Tokyo or Osaka

Maybe English speaking coach. And for footwork I usually don't need advice, I just have to do the drills..
  4. Why do these events suck so bad with every year getting worse

Yes, I agree with those points, drums are super annoying in that way and the camera angle.. my god, do they even listen to any feedback? And the frame rate, is it so hard to stream with 60 fps? I would even pay for that if they would offer it for 5 bucks a month or so...
  5. please recommend BH rubber easy for passive block , control on Timo Boll Spirit

Rubber good for passive blocking with great durability? Hexer Duro. It’s a great allround rubber

Another thing regarding the forum for JOWghost: please try to put your texts in to one post and use paragraphs, only use different posts when switching topic or writing a long text. if you forgot something, you can just edit your post. thank you and keep practicing!
  7. China Coach

Man those videos all look amazing but I can't understand a word :( Translations would be great
  8. How to dry your tt rubber

    you mean magnesium? :)
  9. Is there an expiry date for Hurricane rubbers?

It might not play as good but I doubt you will feel much of a difference. Ma Long probably would though. You can boost it, it will be fine then :)
  10. softer sponge

You have to generate the speed to overwrite the spin not only with your arm but also with weight transfer and wrist. It is your technique, not your rubbers. Ma Long could loop those backspin balls with a brick. It will be a lot easier though with R42 or something in that sponge hardness.
  11. Playing your best in important matches

Yesterday’s match was garbage. I lost both and to be honest I think I am the better player both times but I only played a fraction of what I can. i know my strengths and weaknesses and this time it was not that my opponent did not let me play my best, it was just that I was wayyy too nervous...
  12. A Day in the Life of a Pro Player | Kristian Karlsson

You can book sessions with coaches or attend the table tennis school. You can't just check out the pro's training sessions though.
  13. softer sponge

With 1300 TTR you should probably go for a softer rubber. For hard rubbers you must be able to move your arm really fast and you probably can't do that because then it's too fast for you. Try something like R42, Vega Pro is not thaaaat much softer and easier to play, still a demanding rubber.
  14. Vega Pro vs Rozena vs EL-P

Get Baracuda or Vega Pro if you like something close to T05
  15. Replacement for Xiom Vega Pro

well with hard rubbers you either have to hit hard to get spin or you have to brush in high speed. that's why it's easier to generate spin for amateurs with softer rubbers. the maximum spin with softer rubbers is less but it's easier to get some spin in the first place with those. look for a...
  16. Humidity in training hall affecting my game

Wow, tonight not much worked for me. I actually am in good form but today I had to play with old CA balls (Andro), which are terrible plus the humidity was incredibly high. I had the feeling my H3 Neo was an Anti. Anyone experienced this before? Balls slipped of my rubber like I’ve never...
  17. Asian Cup 2018

Of groups A-C first two advance. Of Group D one and the best 3rd of group A-C or something like that.
  18. Asian Cup 2018

Group stage though as far as I know. They can still win the tournament can’t they?
  19. H3 unboosted = problem??!

Tenergy 05 then or maybe MXP. They are different but those are the top level rubbers you can get. If you really need those to play your best game - that’s a different story. under a certain level you don’t play Tenergy, Tenergy plays you. Edit: of course hurricane is a lot different to Tenergy...
  20. H3 unboosted = problem??!

It's a lot about technique, believe me. Some friends I know play with something like Hexer Duro in 1.8 on BH and play Verbandsliga with 1800 TTR / 2300 USATT. Their backhand loops are absolute rockets. While it is true that an OFF blade and boosted H3 is faster what you are using right now you...
