It makes difference to the speed. Big halls can be slower so it would help having a slightly faster set up. Some smaller venues are faster so that could make a difference. I think most often having a slightly faster/slower blade would probably me more common that different rubbers personally.

I was trying to find English reviews of this over weekend but couldn’t find any. Not sure if you know but how does dragon grip compare to D09C or Rakza Z? I currently use D09C but interested in trying other hybrid rubbers along with trying H3Neo.

Interval training (HIIT) is great for torching fat abd getting and getting fit. Good 20 min HIIT is better than boring 45 mins on treadmill. but ideally regime should be mixture of HIIT and steady cardio. Also core work would be essential I would say

HIIT training works best as it’s intense it’s high impact short intervals and works great to get fitter. Les mills if you have seen it it’s a killer but can get you fit if you stick to it. You can do it at home with subscription you just need little bit of space.

Is there significant speed difference between H3 boosted and D09C? I had been using Harimoto ALC and ApoloniaZLC but have recently got Mizutani ZLC all 3 blades have D09C and D80 on them. I want to try H3 now that I have Mizutani which is faster blade.

Sorry to jump in your thread but I use D09C on fh and was looking at trying H3Neo on fh and wonder what difference you find between them. Obviously boosted H3N. I’m looking at trying a Chinese rubber of fh and compare it to D09C. I’m looking at H3 prov orange sponge, H3NEO or Skyline 3-60.

As your fan of skyline 3-60 would you be able to compare it to H3Neo provincial? Also compare it to Dignics 09C? does S3-60 need boosting like H3 and can S3-60 be used on fh? I’m currently using D09C fh on Mizutani Jun ZLC

Been using Dignics for while. Been using Dignics 09C on fh and D80 on Bh and no complaints. I have just put new sheets on and old sheets on spare blade and still getting good spin from old sheets I bought last September!

Out of curiousity what’s Dan’s set up? Still HARIMOTO ZLC with T05?

Great match and great analysis guys. OSAI seems extremely helpful for serious match players. It will be handy when playing against same opponent again but also to analyse general habits that need correcting!

PFZLC is or should be a rebranded Apolonia ZLC as franziska was using Apolonia before release of his blade. I have had IFLZLC but Apolonia is much better, better feeling I love it. So PFZLC won’t be like IFLZLC but should be same as Apolonia ZLC. hopefully TTD will review and compare to Apolonia.

I totally agree. In local league your team mates effectively become your coaches. Nothing worse than team mates that give no feedback when u are struggling but ask when they are struggling. I have played in such team. Also it helps that u play in a team where you train with your tram mates so...
