When you play from out of position, like u mentioned when he plays wide in ur fh, your best bet to keep yourself in the rally is to sidespin it to his forehand. This makes the angle towards your backhand harder to play for him. Another thing about that shot is that you should try to hit it...

I think he means blocking and pushing/service return. You can practise those with service drills where the receive is irregular, but you learn it most when you just play a lot of matches I think. It is more of an experience thing.

Actually in some way Killerspin seems to get full audiences for their matches every time. I wonder what the reason of that is.

Well as Carl said there are some more expensive Xiom rubbers as well. But the Vega Pro I mentioned is around €35, and I think the Omega family is € 45. But a Tenergy was like €60. At the moment I can't find it in online shops, since Butterfly only sells via their own ditributors or something...
