  1. my new training videos

Sorry, I didn't know how to embed with my iPad :( I'm in the red yes, and he is only 50 rating points above me haha. Yeah we've been playing each other since the first year of Uni (2006), a good decade ago I've been struggling with accelerating through my forehand (main weapon) with a modded...

  4. How's my technique?

Your weight transfer is what's letting you down. The stroke is big, but no distinct acceleration during contact. Backhand seems to be of the same problem too. A Chinese coach would say your technique is not focused enough, that is, the power you put in your shots are dissipated as opposed to...

That was an absolute mistake as I couldn't accelerate the setup with any speed...
  9. Re-Building the BEAST

Small update on beast mods: For the life of me I couldn't get my WSC to fill properly, not until after many experiments, I used sawdust and superglue and just filled up what the PVA left as a gaping hole. Seem to work fine, will see how it plays now.
  10. Re-Building the BEAST

Damn it, had to join to look at the lovely pics. Anyway, I have also beast-modded a few beauties... the H.S.Cryzer (5-ply hinoki), and a Waldner Senso Carbon. The Cryzer was a second hand blade I picked up and the handle had no chance vs my scalpel. My YEO on the other hand...RIP my good...
