  1. Anybody tried Yinhe Mercury 3?

I came upon this rubber which looks really promising...
  2. My paddle & help

But what does it look like under the surface wood layer? Does it also have those little rectangles?
  3. What do you guys do with old rubbers?

Aw man what a waste. If you were near by I would just take them off of you.
  4. What do you guys do with old rubbers?

A older guy at my club just gave me 2 of his old rubbers, a Rakza 7 Soft and one Acuda S1. They look to be in fairly good condition too. I usually only buy cheaper Chinese rubbers, so this was a really cool surprise. But it got me thinking, what do you all do with your old rubbers?
  5. My paddle & help

Is it a fake? Because actually on my fake ZLC blade, a part of the edge chipped off, and I noticed that it also has those little rectangles on the black carbon.Â
  6. My paddle & help

    The ALC looks kinda creepy.
  7. Just tried a H3Neo, so disappointed

So, after letting the H3 soak in the baby oil for a few days, lose some of its initial tackiness, and most importantly moving the H3 to a heftier blade, the H3 does feel a bit livelier and playable. Maybe it deserves a 8.0 for speed. But it definitely feels way different from the initial play...
  8. Reactor Thunder Review

Also want to hear how it compares with Reactor Tornado V5. In fact, the way you describe the Thunder is exactly how I would describe the V5. By the way, V5 is only $7 on Aliexpress and Thunder is $11.Â
  9. Review of Double Fish 8338

Sounds promising. How much does it cost? And why is it domed like that?
  10. Palio Hadou 40+ or HK1997 Gold?

I have H3 H40, and Big Dipper H40. Again, they are not even close in my opinion. Big Dipper is so much bouncier for me. It doesnt even seem like the rubber is made of the same material. The fact that you said HK1997 is slower than H3 sounds really odd to me. Ive used the Palio ak47, and HK1997...
  11. Palio Hadou 40+ or HK1997 Gold?

Â I just cant see how you got to this conclusion. I have big dipper and h3neo, and the h3 is so slow, the big dipper is far more bouncy.Â
  12. Palio Hadou 40+ or HK1997 Gold?

Some people have said the HK1997 is quite fast. How is the speed compared to your Big Dipper, which I also use and like.
  13. Just tried a H3Neo, so disappointed

Alright if I get a chance I will.
  14. Homemade booster with common items around the house?

I know a lot of people said baby oil, but it doesnt seem to work well for me. I wonder if there is something similar to speed glue lying around the house? Wasn't speed glue originally some bicycle lubricant?
  15. Just tried a H3Neo, so disappointed

Basically, I think I have very good topspin play. When people just see me player topspin to topspin drives, loops, blocks, they usually think Im a very good player (maybe like 1800). My big weakness is that I am very flatfooted and slow reaction. I am good during a practice situation where you...
  16. Just tried a H3Neo, so disappointed

So I tried putting 2 thick layers of baby oil on the H3Neo. It curled up quite a bit, and now the edges of the rubber wont stick onto the blade. It keeps detaching. Any advice on how to make it stay on the blade? In any case, the baby oil doesn't really seem to make a big difference. It still...
  17. Homemade booster with common items around the house?

I was going through the garage, and I noticed a lot of old WD-40, paint thinners, and all kinds of things. Are there any good rubber booster recipes that can be made from common items around the house?
  18. Anybody tried Reactor Ckylin Pro?

Anybody tried this rubber? One seller told me that this rubber is even faster than AK47, so it sounds like it could be good. Anybody tried it before?
  19. Power vs speed difference?

Â Why would dead feeling be considered "power"? If its true that speed has a bouncy sponge, then that certainly seems more desirable.Â
  20. Just tried a H3Neo, so disappointed

Some people said h3 is better close to the table. I was mostly testing it driving from far distance, and it just lacks a lot of bounce, even compared to other cheap chinese rubbers. Although as the tack wears off, it does seem to speed up a little. What are the bouncier chinese alternatives? Ive...
