I agree. I eventually bit the bullet and bought a W968. If you are using what your idol is using, you just feel so good. No other blade can replicate that feeling.

It has the shortest pimple structure under the topsheet = extremely hard topsheet = very slow at low to medium impact. If you pair Skyline 2 with a soft blade you will hit the net most of the time.

Skyline 2, even boosted requires a hard blade. At least the top ply must be hard wood. Stiga Intensity NCT has a hard top ply yet flexible in looping. It's lighter than other penhold blade which helps faster recovery in continous looping.

H8 has a different sponge. The sponge is hard, but lively. The new H8-80 has even larger holes in the sponge. It plays like a tensor.

The new SALC might drive the price of Vis down, if Butterfly continues to manufacture Vis. Not many new blade plays well for amateur. Many of them are faster, harder and lighter than their older generation. Still loving my 2015 Vis and old W968. They are slower but the feedback is great.

Xu Xin before 2015 was unbeatable. He commits 110% in every FH shot with TG2, hence nobody can beat his FH as everyone else was using H3 only.

It looks like N301 to me. The blue on Hao2 handle is lighter. And you can vaguely see two black line (ALC) on his blade.

Maybe one day if WCQ completes the grand slam W968 will continue to be famous like Viscaria. Or 968 will fade in people's memory once ML retires.

Gozo has brought up an important question - why do you insist on Chinese BH rubber? There are many affordable non-tacky tensor out there. They are much easier to use.
