Took me AGES but here is my first processed video footage from the stage 1 round robins. 1080p HD video so took over 2 hours to save and upload to youtube, failed at 94% published after 1 hour 50 mins the first time when my router died > . < #mission lol

As above, resting and having downtime between matches is really important, make sure you drink plenty of water to rehydrate but also restore your energy. A lot of table tennis players eat bananas and small amounts of chocolate to restore their energy levels. When you are already exhausted...

I'd say about 60-80% on average, I only use high power on about 40-50% of my third ball attacks, the rest are setup loops for a 5th ball winner or i'm into a rally leading up to a slap somewhere along the line usually haha

I agree entirely. Any player who qualifies in their region is GOOD ENOUGH to compete. The unfortunate thing is that now if the NZ players don't get to participate then the spots are given to players from Vanuatu, who's standard is far inferior to the NZ and Aus players, a great opportunity for...
