  1. Butterfly FZD ALC - first impressions.

speed and vibration changes are not really that significant but the feeling is. That's why I love this blade so so much
  2. Butterfly FZD ALC - first impressions.

I believe I was among the first ones to get the FZD ALC in Europe on September 2nd. Just from the first impression by hollding the blade alone, I can feel the handle being quite thicker than Viscaria and provides a very firm grip. And because the of the thicker handle, the center of mass moves...
  3. Rasanter R47 vs R48?

At the end of the day it feels just the same. Which means making the foam springy
  4. Viscaria for a beginner

Ok for bh for now. Later you might wanna switch to ten05
  5. Rasanter R47 vs R48?

R48 brings you higher curve with a softer feeling which means safety for your loop. R47 is more linear and might get some of your loops in the net. If you have played hard and sticky rubbers before then R47 would be suitable. Otherwise R48 all the way. I find the rubber really good, might...
  6. Viscaria for a beginner

Matter of mindset and preference dude. All european fellows in my club share the same mindset at yours. I‘m not against it but it‘s just one of several options to approach the sport. I made a 15 years pause and came back with Viscaria, h3neo and ten05. With this combo I have a lot of control...
  7. Viscaria for a beginner

Get a Hurricane neo 3 around 39 degree for forehand and maybe Rasanter R42 for backhand so you can develop your stroke efficiently. I wont recommend the 2 rubbers you mentioned.I came back to TT after 15 years pause and after 8 months of practice I‘m now a topspin machine with Viscaria.
  8. Andro rasanter c series

Well I‘m still wondering if we really should boost the cake sponge of ESN and if it brings anything. But there should be a reason why they all boost R53 right?
  9. How do pro players take note of strategies or opponent's analysis?

I'm starting with the local tournament this September and would like to start taking notes from now on. Still don't know if there is a template for efficiency in note taking or such. What would you put into your notes? Show me your notes please!!
  10. DHS now sell Hurricane 3 in players name?

True. I use 40*, boost the hell out of the rubber and still feel it‘s hard
  11. Rakza Z Review | Dignics 09C Comparison

I would say it would be best if you make a kind of overlapping video to show us the ball trajectory’s difference between the two while using the same stroke, same amount of power and racket angle. Most Viscaria users like me are worrying about Super Alc being to bouncy and thus sends the ball of...
  12. Rakza Z Review | Dignics 09C Comparison

Hi Dan and Tom, could you guys please review Viscaria super ALC with direct comparison to original one? If you might get the golden one, well, then comparison between the 3 ;) love you guys’ videos
  13. Andro rasanter c series

I think you are right about the spin sensibility because my H3 also works perfectly with counter top spin
  14. Pictures of players‘ equipment at the WTT Budapest

C53 came out just couple of weeks ago while R53 has been there for quite sometimes. I guess that‘s the reason why they dont have time to try out C53 and adjust accordingly (?!) But since I never try boosting C53, it‘s just a guess.
  15. Pictures of players‘ equipment at the WTT Budapest

By the way, judging from the way top players are now switching to R53, Dignics, Blue Grip C2 and similar rubbers, I can see the new trend of table tennis. Sticky and hard rubber :) From the playing style of Lebrun brothers, I can see that more and more people will be amazed by the properties of...
  16. Pictures of players‘ equipment at the WTT Budapest

I have tried many rubbers of Andro and have to say that they have the perfect ratio of price and performance. Their rubbers are also very durable. They have quite a bit span of price, from Hexer series about 40€, R/V series about 50€ and their new series C around 60€. That suits a lot of players...
  17. Pictures of players‘ equipment at the WTT Budapest

I guess because they can always boost R53. Up until now I never see anyone boosting Dignics 09c. Maybe it´s just not meant to be boosted while the R53 works well with booster. That‘s why we see the pros in WTT Budapest boosting R53 a lot. The only ESN Rubbers I see being boosted are Ten05 or...
  18. Andro rasanter c series

I tried counter topspin with C48 and have to say it works like a charm. You reach out your arm and fold the forearm a little bit, the rubber will finish the rest for you. The ball comes back very linear and sharp. It is less sensitive to spin. The new Pip structure did a great job in absorbing...

And did you notice all the R53 being boosted? It‘s just like Chinese players using 41 sponge and boost it down to 38-39 hardness. R48 is more a backhand rubber either slightly boosted or not at all.
  20. Pictures of players‘ equipment at the WTT Budapest

The journalist Johannes Gohlke has taken pictures of so many Top players in WTT Budapest showing us which blade and rubbers combination they are using. Looking at the rubbers of a ton of European players, well, I just wanna laugh my @ss off to those who detest H3Neo players with booster 😂...
