  1. Technique for old folks

I have struggled with back pain for 8 months. Many Fysio appointment appointments. Now finally its more or less gone. What helped me is stretching before and after playing, changing the Chair i was sitting in and buying a new bed. The most important is to do excercise regularly for the back and...
  2. Blades Limba-Limba-ALC-Kiri-ALC-Limba-Limba

Hm, im wonder about this also. I got Tibhar hybrid ac inside, wich have: Limba-Limba-Alc-Ayous. Its a little to fast for me, but i love how the blade feels.
  3. NEW Stiga Helix Hybrid ?

Yeah, im going to try this one. Just have several normal Helix rubber to go trough first.
  4. How to train with bad players

Do they want to learn and put in the effort or do they just play for fun. If the last, then i would not go there. If someone put in the effort its easier to teach them to become better. and in the future become a training partner.
  5. Help me choose a BH rubber!!

Mantra M VS Helix M, Helix got better spin, Much better short game. Matra M is easier to create speed. Top speed im not sure about. I didnt like Mantra pro m because of the "jumpiness" in the short game.
  6. Post your latest EJ purchase

Bought short pimple Yasaka Razka PO for forehand. Tried it for 30 minutes and put it away. Should give it some hours to adjust, but dont think its for me.
  7. ITTF Documentary

    Its worth your time :)
  8. Beating the plateau at low intermediate level

Good luck with your choice. And remember that in every setup there is always something that is better in another setup. Speed vs control, Spin / spin-sensitivity. I can reccomend the Stiga DNA Helix rubber. I use it in Medium on both side. Its very good in the short game, got a very good gip on...
  9. Post your latest EJ purchase

Bought a Xiom Hayabusa ZL pro st handle with Stiga Helix M on both side. Because i like the blade/rubber. Exactly the same blade that i am using from before with the same weight at 86 g. Nice to have a backup when rubber change or if something happens during a match.
  10. Is there a Donic Anders Lind blade review?

For me its thin. I like minimum 23,5 mm thick like butterfly innerforce series. Viscaria is wide i think, but also just 22,5 mm thickness at thumb. But its not always ttgearlab is correct either with the meassurement.
  11. Is there a Donic Anders Lind blade review?

From ttgearlab.com it says 22,5 mm tickness at thumb for flared handle
  12. I want opinions on my chances of pro

Its a bould move. I think i agree with your parents. At least when you have not proven anything yet (I am not familiar with the system in USA). I think when you start to play table tennis at the age of 9 or later it should be impossible to reach the top. I wish you the best of luck. Just be sure...
  13. Upgrade from Ma Lin Carbon

Maybe Xiom hayabusa Zl Pro? But i think its not much faster than the blade you use now. Maybe if you get a heavier example? The handle is very close to Butterfly Franziska Zlc and Tibhar AC Inside
  14. Help - Rubbers for Xiom Hayabusa ZL Pro

I use this blade with Stiga Helix m on both side. Its a relative slow blade with the Helix rubber, but enough speed when you hit hard. Stiga Helix on bh is the best i have ever tried. So much control and spin. Short game is also awesome.
  15. How would you make a non legal blade?

How did it play and what material did he use?
  16. How would you make a non legal blade?

yes, i was thinking maybe a layer with soft epoxy on the outside? And wood/plastic blade?
  17. How would you make a non legal blade?

If you where to make a blade without wood. What material would you choose to make it from? This is offcourse not legal in competition, but its just for curiosity. (Or for those who are tired of their blade get destroyd during rubber change/want a blade from a dead material).
  18. SpinSight users post your experience and reviews

It would be interesting to look at a used old rubber before and after a threatment in the No tuning airbox from Soulspin.
  19. Importance of the blade handle (handle grip) over the actual blade

The blade is probably more important. The problem is offcourse that i buy a blade and then change it after 3-4 weeks because i want a better handle. So i need both. I learned to play with smaller flared handles like Butterfly Franziska innerforce zlc and Tibhar AC Inside. A blade like Stiga...
  20. Fastarc G1 or Glayzer 09c?

Have you considered Glayzer? I know its not what you asked about, but its kind of simular to G-1, just with a softer touch IMO. G-1 feels harder than it is and Glayzer feels softer than it is. Like G-1 its good in the short game. Good spin and it last a long time.
