I think it was pretty clear without any AI, the ball touched WCQ's chin on the camera view, it was clearly blocked from Jorgic's view.

I don't get it - from the camera angle they showed it was clear that the ball was hidden from Jorgic's view. The camera was below and to the left of Jorgic POV so the ball was not completely hidden from the camera view, but the rule is about the player's view point, isn't it?
