  2. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

Size maybe similar but shape and feel no. Different suppliers and the premium ones are sourced from Italy

Fear not for I am bringing the Rossi Emotion back too :P it was PROline ONE but it will be returned to it's legendary legacy name. ZQH 90 will be back under a new name as Zhou is with Double Fish now.
  4. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

My opinion is that it was JOOLA's best blade and we definitely need it back :D I still use it.
  5. Tips and Vlog videos

I tried JOOLA's new TT SM4SH shoe, it weighs less than 235 grams in a size 9.5!
  6. Joola Liam Pitchford Z vs Kenji Matudaira Z

Rumors are rumors for a reason. I prefer to deal with facts 😅
  7. Joola Liam Pitchford Z vs Kenji Matudaira Z

Why would that be funny? Also if people are making positive reviews it’s because they like the rubber, so even if Hugo changed to hardbat tomorrow how would that impact other people’s opinions of his rubber who have tried them?
  8. Joola Liam Pitchford Z vs Kenji Matudaira Z

Hybrid aramid carbon with a koto outer, just got some in to US so should be available within the next week. He went 4/4 so far in TTBL! 💪🏽
  9. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

Typically hybrid rubbers don’t come in other colours, not sure the exact reason but it’s something to do with topsheet density and process to increase grip and it not handling the dye as well. In all honesty it seems like the coloured rubber thing didn’t really pick up any momentum after it was...
  10. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

No it's not the source of the argument, the source of your argument is whether or not players have different customized blades AFTER their product has been commercially released to the market and whether they are using a different blade to what is offered commercially. The samples that are...
  11. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

It came from the prototyping samples, not a batch of Hugo's actual blades, there is a significant difference - just to clarify.
  12. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

Blades have significantly high MOQs for retail production, you can't just make customized blades on a one by one basis, so in short to answer - yes we do know how the blade production process works.
  13. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

As I already stated there were a large number of samples of different fibers, layerings and specs produced for Hugo earlier in the year after his signing - it was in the dozens, there is a big difference between ‘the concept of a Pro's custom blade’ and a sample made for player testing before...
  14. Tips and Vlog videos

This one should be useful for a lot of club level players (I hope haha)
  15. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

Don’t think it’s carbon, just fiber. I don’t know re where it came from I’m going to need to look into it more. There were a large number of samples so likely he didn’t use a bunch of them, but not sure how someone in China would end up with one if it is from those.
  16. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

It’s hard to verify unless I know where this person got it from anyway
  17. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

I’m not sure I wasn’t working on it at the time, only recently. I am fairly sure 2F is 2 fiber, as opposed to C for carbon, the 5H would be the wood but not certain why it’s H rather than W.

Got in a practice session with Lily this evening and thought i'd share some clips from it
  19. Calderano Signs with Joola (#139)

I also had someone on Xiao Hong Shu post it in my comments, I asked where they got it from because I know it is one of the blades from the large sample set of blades Hugo was given earlier this year. In my notifications I saw they answered but they deleted their comments before I could see and...
