  1. Liu Guoliangs Big Idea! World Tour!

Watch out for Kim Min Seok and Yan An!! Also Ma Long + Lee Jung Woo!
  2. Boll Training Hall (World Cup 2012)

I love in the background, I can just feel joo wanting to walk over and fix jorgs chopping technique.
  3. London 2012 Olympics (Teams)

Recently I believe Japan dominates Korea in the Semi-final, and then leaves Germany vs Korea for Bronze (which I think will be a very interesting match, but I see it as Korea's medals to lose.)
  4. London 2012 Olympics (Singles)

Haha, I just have to say this, but wouldn't it be biased towards China to have a ref that spoke Chinese? We can't have that now can we?? On a less satirical note, is there anywhere to see a video of this match/these serves in the U.S.?
  5. July World Rankings 2012

I think Jun has a better chance to beat Wang Hao than Zhang Jike... and a slightly bigger chance at beating Timo than beating Wang Hao: but regardless, he will have to play one of the top chinese players. This seems like the ideal place for him to be.
  6. Olympic Team lose warm up match

Just based on the picture above, it looks like Zhang Jike is either sad, or has a bit of a head cold (something very detrimental to reactions and thought process). He looks a bit stuffy. Well, can anyone beat any of these 6 on a big stage such as the Olympics?
  7. Olympics 2012 - Qualified players

Yeah, what's up with Ma Long not being given an automatic position?
  8. Fault serves at WTTTC 2012

Ridiculous, the rules (2.06.02) 'near vertically upward,' no spin, at least 16cm... that ball moved maybe 4 or 5 cm into the body, and maybe 35-45 cm up... I'd certainly call that nearly up.
  9. Embarrassing TT Moments

My most embarrassing moment is between two moments, both involving breaking the handle off my racket. The first one, I go for a forehand flick, and either used way too much wrist or something... long story short, I'm left with the handle, and my blade and rubbers are in the middle of a dance...
  10. The Magician

    Video has been removed :/
  11. Article: Kenta Matsudaira produced the only second round upset at Asian Championships 2012

Kenta needs to get a higher level serve, after that, he will be competitive on the highest level... As for now, if you watch him against Ma Long, his serve gives players on Ma's level a LOT of easy points.
  12. Kenta Matsudaira produced the only second round upset at Asian Championships 2012

Kenta needs to get a higher level serve, after that, he will be competitive on the highest level... As for now, if you watch him against Ma Long, his serve gives players on Ma's level a LOT of easy points.
  13. A day with Xu Xin

Hehe I finally understand why Xu Xin has such long fingernails... I can't do this, as I am a musician as well as player, and have to trim mine back. Now I have to grow them out a little just to learn that trick :D
  14. Joo Se Hyuk rubber change

We can't say this was because of ZJK, while that might have been part of it, look at the finals match against Ma Long. Joo SHOULD have won that.
  15. U.S. Nationals 2011

Hey... In the U.S. even if you take Table Tennis seriously (I do :D at least 35 hours a week doing drills and practicing)... The problem locally is the lack of high level players, and general consensus of my peers at school that table tennis is a game which the Chinese take too seriously, and...
  16. Improving Service

There are good services without using that much wrist, but try hitting the ball from about straight underneath it (once you get that to be spinny, the most valuable serve you can have from hitting under the ball, is short and dead). I personally really like Wang Hao and Ma Longs motion.
  17. Ma Long's forehand WTTC 2011

This comes from playing Ultimate (Frisbee), but on forehands, Mizutani's elbow stays almost entirely in place (almost against his body). Ma Long's elbow is away from his body, (at least in Ultimate, that means you can generate a lot more power). Also it looks to me like Mizutani is hitting from...
  18. USA road to WTTC 2011

Haha, I have the same tracksuit as Stephan Feth, also, I played with an ITTF ref. who drove the US team from the airport to their hotel. Go USA!
  19. WTTC Competition

Living in the United States, there isn't much excitement about Table Tennis. Frankly, here, basement games are what people think of, not the sport that Table Tennis, as we know, truly is. One of the best ways to make Table Tennis more media friendly is to get clubs to run tournaments donating...
