You will figure it out dont worry 🙌 Takes time 😁
  2. Marty Supreme table tennis film

I have seen the movie and lets just say pingpong wise it was very unrealistic. Looks like they played without a ball and then animated a ball bouncing around.
  3. Looping - counter looping and underspin looping for beginners

Yes and remember that underspin loops is one of the more difficult skills to master. especially with backhand. And yes good blade and rubber will make it possible to do so, but you need the right technique😋
  4. Looping - counter looping and underspin looping for beginners

Yes like the others have said. A all wood blade is good. Five plies of wood makes it balanced and not too fast in the beginning. Having a blade too fast is limiting in matches. I think a normal Tensor rubber is good because it is not as Sticky as hybrid rubbers. Hybrid rubbers are more sensitive...
  5. Upgrade of my setup - Rubbers and Blade

Dignics 09c is quite fast. If you are going to buy a new blade also. Then you cannot compare the blades if you also buy new rubbers. D09c is fast. If your backhand is weak the maybe also make sure the rubber thickness is not MAX. It can be 1,9mm. It will make the rubber easier to play with spin...
  6. I need your advice on rubber change and rubber thickness

oh well because I thought 2.97 is the ”sweetspot” when gluing rubbers to alc type blades? Otherwise in wood blades the obvious answer is 1.87524 and with 15 strokes only to spread out the glue
  7. I need your advice on rubber change and rubber thickness

I like rubbers that are not bouncy in the short game because serve returns are my weakness.. Im like a 2200 ttr backhand and 1900 forehand sometimes xD
  8. I need your advice on rubber change and rubber thickness

Hello friends and tt ppl Currently using timo boll alc and stiga hybrid hard. The problem is, they only are available for me to buy in 2,2mm thickness. Could you give me an alternative on another rubber that is similar and i can get in maybe 1,9mm or 1,8mm thickness? I think it would reduce...

  11. Advice to slow down timo boll alc in short game

Hey. Would appreciate some advice from those of you with experience being in the equipment jungle trying to find a good setup which at times feels impossible. I use TB Alc with Stiga dna Hybrid hard and Dignics 09c. It feels good but its just a bit too bouncy in serve returns etc. Its hard to...
  12. Inverted player - Embarking on long pips journey with ALC Blade

😂👌 And yes I can confirm that I am no Sabine. And I think the most important thing for me was when I realised that you need your long pips to be as high a ”level” as you are with inverted rubbers. Its no ”easy” get away. You still have to put in the work and be skilled with the rubber

For sure 😂 First practice game after switching to inverted. My friend said damn your good. And I said i know.. my backhand is my best quality. Cannot limit it with a long pip. I have a easier time bh spinloop than fh spinloop. So im working on my forehand xD
  16. Inverted player - Embarking on long pips journey with ALC Blade

Hey! Yes I am twiddling and i do it under the game. Played a tournament this past weekend. Main problem was when the opponent was too good against long pips. Then they would win. But when I met opponents that did not do the smart tactic i won quite easily. But twiddling during the game causes...
  17. Inverted player - Embarking on long pips journey with ALC Blade

Hey dude. Can tell you what you wrote there, exactly what happened to me. So Im switching back to inverted only now xD.
  18. Inverted player - Embarking on long pips journey with ALC Blade

This is probably my last update on this thread - 21/4. I have practiced with long pips for a while now and also competed with it in a tournament. And just like some of you said above. I am constantly trying to find ways to play my forehand. The long pips is just to create opportunity for the...
