    I play my first league match on Thursday night after a gap of 28 years. Been back playing for just under a year and my game has come on in leaps and bounds but there is no substitute for proper competition. As long as i control my nerves I should be fine. Any tips or advice in this respect...

    I'm a keen runner and run 50 + miles a week. I also do 100 press ups every morning... 50 standard before my morning run and 50 tricep afterwards, also planks and bicycle crunches for my core and 20 kilo squats and lunges for my legs. I'm interested to find out what workouts other TTD members...
