    Looping against long pimple blocker tests your consistency. You can try vary the spin on your loops with more spin that the ball flies off when they try to block it, or hit wide angles after their first block since the block is more shallow.

    Staying low consistently requires alot of energy and strength in the legs. Building up your lower limb strength will make it much easier. If you have the physical to stay low, then when you want to go low for the power shots, you will be able to without worrying about injurying yourself.

    I can still feel something in my right groin when I bend over.. So I am not going to play with coach tomorrow, and play it safe to wait for it to heal completely. Sad thing to do given how hard it is to find opportunity to play.
