Thanks again L-zr, I'd been playing more recently with the nexxus pro 38 the softer ones were probably a couple of seasons back now. Is moving from a 38 to a 43 going to be that much of a difference if I stick with the 1.9 which was my plan?

I'd second this Also ask around the club to see if he can use other peoples setups whilst he is with the coach. The coach may spot a setup that might be a little advanced right now, but with a little more training would be good for his progression?
