    Simple. A ranking has nothing to do with being better or worse. It just ranks the points accumulated in ranking events during a given period. The Chinese players you mentioned have played only a few ranking events, so they go down the ranking. For instance Ding Ning only played in 6 ranking...

    Seems an old Tibhar Tibor B-5-7 to me. B stands for Basswood, 5 plies, 7 mm total thickness.

    The one MDP build for me has a handle width of 30mm and thickness of 22mm.

    The top one is a 5 ply all wood (nut-limba-ayous-limba-nut) blade. OFF- with medium stiffness yet powerfull enough to score outright points.
