Hi, Used both but when I found seamoon I stay with it :) Very good booster, increased speed and spin but not loosing control. Used with Rasanters rubbers. One/ two layers enough for 4/6 weeks. Seamoon is a little bit more expensive (£25) than Falco but one tin is should be enough for season

I can suggest Yinhe T9S Big Dipper and/or Moon Should cost around 55/60$

For me the biggest difference is larger sweet spot. In SZLC is just huge so blade forgive a lot. SZLC highly recommended if price is not a problem but for me is sooo overpriced.

Moon speed is quite hard but fast and spiny. If you are playing close or mid distance is perfect to attack from first ball, block and counter-attack. Rubber is also good for short spiny serves, short touch. You need a good technique. Just good bit struggle if I play in far distance.

It should be same blade with the same rubbers or similar rubbers if too expensive

From my experience, yes you should put one glue layer for any rubber
