Good overall. Not superfast, but good for punch, push, block and lifting backspinballs. Very stable rubber. My favorite bh rubber was Mantra M before this. Also not a heavy rubber.

Thanks for the review. Played with Bluestorm z2 before, but wanted a rubber that was a little softer. z3 is just to soft for me. R45 is a very good rubber. Awsome control and spin. Hardness just perfect for me. Recommended

I got rid of TE with just two exercises with a dumbbell. I had to do these exercises three times a day for 12 weeks and now I'm pain free. Exercises DO help.

I have tried a lot og different rubbers, but keep coming back to bluefire on fh. M2 is my choice. Good spin, speed and control. Mantra m on bh is my favorite.

Dont know if its just me, but I think my bluefire rubbers shrinked more than my other rubber when I took them of the blades.

I just use a table tennis ball and rub the sponge. Works great to remove old glue!

Stiga Mantra M is a very good rubber.
